Hey!

So how was everyone's chinese new year? I hope everyone had an awesome and splendid time! Most importantly, may everyone have a prosperous and happy year ahead!

And this is gonna be a post filled with pictures because I don't really blog nowadays so I have to like stuff all the pictures taken within that period of time into 1 post like this one here!

Went to Vivocity with the sister on 21 Jan to do some last minute shopping and eating. And man, I really hate going out with my sister and it was an awfully unlucky day. Plus, I wore just an 'I LOVE BANGKOK' tee plus shorts. Haha, too casual too casual.

This sushi costs $2.20

Aren't you amazed at how much food 2 girls could swallow?! Oh, and these foods that we ordered weren't cheap at all. Haha.

The next day was the 22 Jan where I went over to amk to have my reunion dinner.

23 Jan - 24 Jan was chinese new year where we went to bai nian.

Hey there!

Today's post is basically about my working life.

As you guys know, I've starting working since the start of this month and there, I've met plenty of people with different kinds of attitudes and etiquette. Work has been pretty fruitful actually as I'm working with a bunch of fun-loving people and the customers are mostly damn friendly to me.

There, I met Auntie Sherlyn who is a mother and we like to go high at the barista area during the peak periods where both of us will suddenly panic for no reasons. Laoban and Mark who are like soooo damn nice to me, treating me with treats all the time. Ahtay and tita who are constantly helping me and calling me darling, etc. Ahmao laoda, da ge(s), da jie(s) and Mel always fooling around with tagalog and chinese with me, cooking yummy and nutritious food for me! Bob & Alvin are really nice too, they always offer to help me carry the hot drinks as I have a small phobia of carrying them. Ok, everyone there is like super nice except for one particular person which I don't wish to talk about.

Recently I have been doing night shifts, which involves "closing the floor" and that I knock off at 11pm or 12 midnight. (Really tiresome, fyi). Yesterday was one of the best days despite facing attitude from my colleague.

1. I didn't spill anything, like finally!

2. I made the best itallian soda ever by mixing peach + passion fruit and a tinge of strawberry syrup.

3. I did the floor closing by myself!

4. Boss gave me free cakes again and I could indulge in them!

However, these were the minor things which made me happy. Here are the major and actual reasons why I was a delightful and happy girl yesterday!

(I do not know the customers name so I'll name them A, B, C, so on and so forth.)

1. Customer A: "In this restaurant, I like you best! You're really smiley and friendly unlike the rest who looks so glum!"

2. Customer B: "Hey Trainee, I really like your smile! You made my day, thanks a lot! Keep up the good work and smile like this always okay!"

3. Customer C: "Are you a student?"

Me: "Yes, I had just completed my O levels last year!"

Customer C: "Wow, you're awfully young and working already! I'm impressed. Keep up the good work."

4. Customer D: "Can I have a dessert box please?"

Me: Sure!

Customer D: Thank you! You're really lovely!

I didn't make these up myself and the customers really told me this (word-for-word) while we were talking because I was refilling their cups or taking orders. It's nice to know that there are people out there who really appreciates your efforts and complimenting you. Even if they don't say it, I feel satisfied when they smile at me.

This industry has taught me many things that in life, people are either going to look down on you and diss you for your job or they'll be patient and appreciate the littlest effort you put. I'm glad I gave a few people a good time there by being smiley. Haha.

And to those people who said "See, if you don't study well, next time you'll end up like her, arranging tables and serving waters to people."

Fyi, to the idiots who said this, are you fools trying to ask your kids not to be independent and rely on you to provide money for the rest of their lives? And please, are you asking your child not to be someone who could study and produce results? (Not saying that I'm really good in my studies but I'm moderately ok with it, as shown from my O level grades what).

Yep, these are my thoughts in my working life. That's all for now!

Hello!!!!!!

Okay, so a few days ago I received my O level results and seriously, thank god!!!! x infinity!

So, I scored 14 points for l1r5 and a 11 points for l1r4 without working very very hard last year because of some problems which I'd met in life. I don't really think I deserved this type of results as I didn't work hard for it and I was busy being distracted over sad things when I was suppose to focus on what's important (O levels). Thank you to everyone who had supported me in the journey last year, I couldn't have done it without you guys. :')

These few days, I have been really really busy working which left me hardly anytime to go online and such. I'll be working later on at 6pm until 11pm and tomorrow until 12 midnight. Say good bye to night life lor seriously. But whatever, what matters is the money money money!

So, I've been sleeping really late lately because of my screwed body clock which led the condition and complexion of my skin to deteriorate. I've been having 1 or 2 or 3 small little pimples on my face which is like a big big big NO NO for me. So, what's the recipe behind having a 'pimple-less' face. Since people are always asking me that question or why do I not have panda eyes, so here's what I do:

1. Drink lots of water every day to ensure that all of the toxic in the body gets out.

2. Drink green tea (not those bottled ones)

3. Always have adequate amount of sleep and sleep early.

4. Be happy always and try not to let yourself feel stress

5. Wash your face when you wake up, before you sleep, after you come home from anywhere.

6. Try not to put too heavy makeup, or best, don't put it at all.

7. Put a mask every month.

Hope this is useful for anyone who needs it.

Yesterday was like the 11 Jan, and I went over to IKEA to have lunch with Jiamin who promised to meet up like in october after we ended our Os and do crazy things together. Seriously, when I say crazy, it really is crazy. We promised to go to London weight management together and have our thighs slimmed once we're of the legal age to do so, get a tattoo together, etc.

There, we chit chatted for damn long about our love lives, our friendship lives, and any every little thing in life lah basically. It's really awesome to have a friend whom could really feel you, accepting what kind of person you are and you'll get that feeling like you'll never be judged by her. Haha, yeah.

Don't be surprised by the food we ordered, we actually finished them. Hahahaaha.

Then on the 10 Jan, I went out with the Milo Boss to have dinner and chit chat also at westmall where we saw many stunts and such.

After that, we walked home from westmall and it took about 1 hour from 9.30pm to 10.30pm.

I think I am a really blessed girl with many good friends by my side eh, honestly.

Okay, i gtg prepare for work later on which will sort of be a bore and unpleasant one. Sigh...

I hate working though I really love my colleagues. :(

Hello!

In less than 24 hours, I'll be collecting the results of the Os, so damn nervous and stressful.

I have a really bad feeling that I will be heading to ITE.

Anyway work has been really stressful and I honestly hate working even though the company's great. Sigh.

p/s: Can somebody, just anybody, teach me on why is it that it's so difficult to forget someone whom gave you so much to remember but that person could easily forget about you? Maybe I'm being really foolish for somehow holding onto a broken piece which was long gone for the past half year, maybe I'm really nothing to anyone. Am I that worthless in anyone's eyes? I'm tired of being like this where everyone could just walk into my life and just leave as they please. Someone, tell me honestly, is it that fun to enter and play then screw up my life after I give the permission for them to enter and be apart of it?

It's 1.16am now and I'm blogging because I'm pretty bored.

Will be leaving Singapore in a few hours to Shanghai for a short holiday.

Since Os has ended, I haven't been seeing my friends as often as I did while I was schooling and though I still hang out with them now, I miss them like crazy because everyone of us are taking turns to go overseas at different timings.

Back to the point, since I'm bored...

Tonight is such an emotional night.

Heart thoughts were said and such.

I'm tired of what I'm going through now.

In life, many people are struggling to get through the day just to survive while some are just trying their best to get through the day without falling apart.

I'm just one of the few people who are putting extra effort just to get through the day without breaking down/falling apart. I have nothing to compare and complain about but when all the emotions are just stacked and kept aside for so damn long and when suddenly it overflows, that's when it is tough to keep it in and just be strong.We smile in the day, all the time, just because we didn't want anyone else close to us to feel worried or upset over what we're going through.

So what if I have all the money in the world? So what?

Someone prove me wrong and be there for me 24/7 without exiting my life and not be a letdown and I'll start believing in everything else again.

Hi all. :)

Today I spent my day at Orchard with Wiv and Thomas. There, we went to do xmas sight-seeing and watched You Are The Apple Of My Eye at Shaw.

While I was watching the movie, gush of thoughts struck me.

Sometimes in life, no matter how good the relationship of 2 people may be, the bond would somehow be tested to see if it is strong to continue lasting or to just end straight away. Why do people always regret after doing something and not cherishing it during the moment and think through before doing so? Why do people always give up so easily on what they have that others wished to be able to grasp onto?

If you love someone now, tell that person or it'll be too late - 1. they die or 2. they'll end up with another person. Just drop your pride and ego and do so, it may salvage the relationship which you'd loved the most. Or else, you'll be guilty and regretful for life. The feeling of sourness and pain when you see that person whom you loved so much with someone else, being so much happier, etc. Don't let go what you have right now because of minor issues.

Sometimes, I wish that time could turn back and maybe I could make things right but no matter how much money or time I've got now, it wouldn't give me a time machine to do so. It's really hurtful to see someone who took a huge role in your life, moving on so happily with no signs of sadness or whatever.

So people, don't let go..

I miss how things used to be. The late nights, how in the middle of waiting for your reply, I realize it's been a while and you've probably fallen asleep. I miss not running out of things to talk about, and I miss your side comments. Now I get one-word replies or smiley faces, or even worse, sometimes there's no more reply. I miss not being able to stand not talking. I miss going online and having you say hi in no more than a minute or two after I've logged on. Now, often times we don't even talk anymore. I miss sleeping to a good night sms and waking up to a good morning one. I miss the way things used to be. I miss you. So. Much. I wish you knew.

And do you remember me? I used to be your favourite hello, your hardest goodbye; I used to be the person you wanted to talk most and will miss if you didn't get to talk to me. There are so many things to update this blog like prom, outing with a bimbo and my msia trip. What's worse, I'm going abroad again soon so I'll have to drag the updates.

Anyway, how's my new header?

Alright, so today's post is about prom and the outing.

On the 28 November, my school organized a prom for the graduating classes. Everyone were all dolled up and nicely dressed. Okay, so we were able to see everyone being handsome and pretty all at the same time. Isn't it lovely to leave last good impressions on people? :)

So then, I was pretty tired and didn't want to go for prom because I just came back from my msia trip. However, I decided to surprise my friends by going! Hehe. Went to get my makeup done and the really funny part was that my skin tone is already very very fair, but my makeup artist went to put on an even lighter foundation which made me look super PALE.

The prom was held at Holiday Day Inn Parkview. Overall, prom was damn boring okay. The atmosphere was damn dead and it would be so much better if it was free seating and no table were allocated to anyone. Thank god I smuggled in some lovely drinks to brighten up my mood there with the help of qiqi. Thanks uh qiqi! <3

Yep, that was my prom day. I bet many others had celebrated it in a more fun way, better than how my budget school did so! Almost everything was so shitty please, even the food.

After that, on the next day which was the 29 Nov, I went to meet a bimbo called HONG HENGYEE and we did silly things together as usual. Went to Orchard Central to have EwF and I love their burgers. Yummy max! After eating our brunch, we went to walk a while and such. It's been such a long time since we both talked and I'm glad we talked out everything! Hehe.

Okay, lastly, LOOK AT MY BLUE EYES. AHAHAA

Hi sweeties.

Os are finally over and it's time to go havoc which I already had been doing since last week. May the hard work put in pay off on the release of the results. Hopefully!

Been really busy last week with CODE 596, travelled to more than 25 places in a mere 10 hours with Kojak and Hweeying, taking pictures! Though it was like super tiring as we're constantly travelling and the weather was really bad as it kept raining, it was fun-filled and crazy! And we managed to take all pictures within 2 days.

On the 11 Oct, we went to Hweeying's house to do a little touch up on the boards and gave 'vocal lessons'. There, I met her dog, Baby, which is a poodle, adorable x infinity but she loves licking people and I ended up smelling like dog saliva.

Then on the 12 Oct, we went round Singapore!

After which, I headed to ghim moh to celebrate my cousin's birthday. Half the time I was super bored and luckily (^_^) came to find me and slack for a while at the market area.

Next, on the 14 Oct which was the last day of Os. It was like MAD please. Paper started pretty late and ended at 3pm. Went home and it began to pour heavily with thunder and lightning everywhere. Bathed and went to Queenstown MRT to meet Hweeying and Nico Honey and then proceeded to Takashimaya for our steamboat buffet with the rest of the homies.

After dinner, we proceeded to the fountain at the front of Takashimaya to conduct the code 596.

And, she said YES.

Afew days ago was my dearest Kailyn's birthday! :) The clique substitute pizzas for the cake. It turned out pretty well.

These few days I've been sitting with Kailyn and Jiamin in class, and hell yeah it was pretty fun. Talked to them about our heart affairs, nonsense and embarrassing ourselves. I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely miss it once we all graduate next week. :'( So here's a few pixs of us being retarded.

Yep, it's been such a long time since I was able to laugh like how I did yesterday.

Today is the last day of September and tomorrow will be the start of October. I hope that this October will be super fruitful.
